Before you order
Hardware coverage depends on the exact product, seller, and fulfillment channel. We include the applicable warranty provider, term, support route, and return conditions in the written quote or order documents. Review those terms before payment. A catalog listing is not a warranty offer.
If there is a problem
Email [email protected] with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue. We will check the order terms and help route the claim to the appropriate manufacturer or fulfillment partner. Return authorization, shipping responsibility, and replacement timing follow the terms supplied with your order.
Existing orders
The warranty and return terms accepted for an existing order remain in effect. This page does not change them.
