Manufacturer Warranties
All products sold through gpu.fm are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by vendor and product line:
NVIDIA Products
- Datacenter GPUs (H100, H200, B200): 3-year manufacturer warranty with advance replacement for qualified customers
- RTX Professional GPUs: 3-year manufacturer warranty with standard RMA process
- Warranty Coverage: Manufacturing defects, component failures under normal use
AMD Products
- Instinct MI300X: 3-year manufacturer warranty with advance replacement options
- Warranty Coverage: Hardware defects, firmware issues, thermal failures
Intel Products
- Gaudi 3 Accelerators: 3-year manufacturer warranty (terms subject to Intel's policies)
- Warranty Coverage: Component failures, manufacturing defects
Server & Rack Systems
- Supermicro Systems: 1-3 year warranty depending on configuration
- Rack Enclosures: 1-year warranty on chassis, PDUs, and accessories
- Warranty Coverage: Structural defects, power distribution failures, cooling system issues
Return Policy
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Products that fail to function upon initial installation are eligible for return or replacement within 15 days of delivery:
- Contact our support team immediately upon discovering the issue
- Provide order number, product SKU, and description of the problem
- We will coordinate with the manufacturer or distributor for replacement
- Return shipping is covered for confirmed DOA units
Non-Defective Returns
Due to the nature of datacenter hardware and dropship fulfillment, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective products. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis:
- Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days (subject to 15-25% restocking fee)
- Custom-configured systems and special-order items are non-returnable
- Contact support before initiating any return
RMA Process
How to Initiate an RMA
- Contact Support: Email support@gpu.fm or call our support line with your order number and issue description
- Troubleshooting: Our team will work with you to diagnose the issue and determine if an RMA is necessary
- RMA Authorization: If approved, we'll provide an RMA number and return shipping instructions
- Return Shipping: Pack the product securely in original packaging (if available) and ship to the address provided
- Inspection & Replacement: Once received, the product will be inspected and a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued
RMA Timeline
- Standard RMA: 7-14 business days from receipt of defective unit to replacement shipment
- Advance Replacement: Available for qualified customers with approved credit (replacement ships before defective unit is returned)
- Expedited RMA: 3-5 business day turnaround available for critical production systems (additional fees may apply)
RMA Requirements
- Product must be within warranty period
- No physical damage or signs of misuse
- Original packaging preferred (not required for DOA)
- All accessories and documentation included
- RMA number clearly marked on outside of package
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under manufacturer warranties:
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or improper handling
- Damage from power surges, electrical issues, or improper voltage
- Overclocking or modification beyond manufacturer specifications
- Liquid damage or corrosion
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Software issues, driver problems, or configuration errors
- Normal wear and tear (fans, thermal paste degradation)
Extended Warranty & Support
For customers requiring extended coverage beyond the manufacturer warranty, we can facilitate third-party extended warranty and support contracts:
- Extended Hardware Warranty: 4th and 5th year coverage available for most products
- On-Site Support: Next-business-day on-site service for critical systems
- Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance visits and health checks
